An American take on a European tradition.

Miss Hazeltine's chocolate buttermilk cake with a chocolate cream cheese filling is formed into a log.

Chocolate buttercream forms the bark with marzipan rounds used as the ends of the log.  

Various holiday cookies decorate the log.

 

 

Christmas Tree Cake  --  $37.50

A triangular Red Velvet Cake with cream cheese and toasted pecan filling is frosted in green buttercream and given a chocolate trunk.

Small sugar cookie "ornaments" finish off the tastiest tree in town.

Miss Hazeltine's Chocolate Buttermilk Cake is covered in Chocolate Ganache and decorated like a package with a gold and green fondant bow.  (Other bow colors available)
